Kylie Kwong learnt the fundamentals of Cantonese cooking at her mother's side, and honed her skills with several of Australia's most respected chefs. She runs billy kwong, in Sydney's Surry Hills, and is the author of many cookbooks, as well as the star of her own TV series.
