Judy Horacek is a cartoonist and book creator. Her first children's book, Where is the Green Sheep? with Mem Fox, won the CBCA Book of the Year Award for Early Childhood. Judy has since written and illustrated three picture books, including The Story of Growl, starring the little monster singer of 'Growl's Long Song'.
